Hello August in My Travelers Notebook

I'm a fan of mason jars and watercolors and old fashioned script lettering and the Hello August page in my travelers notebook wins on all three counts!

HOW I USED MY HELLO AUGUST JOURNAL CARD

By now, you already know that I use each month's "hello" card as a pep talk to me for the upcoming month and this month is no different.

I recently found a charming set of stamps and this old-fashioned script stamp was included. I love it and you'll probably find me overusing it in my projects for a while.

Let's Make a Page

• stamped my background
• watercolored the purple border
• debuted where I wanted to place my journal card and then watercolored a yellow strip underneath the card and also at the top right as a spot for my date
• journaled my Hello August thoughts around the stamped images
