  1. I started a gratitude journal 2 years ago. This year I am particularly grateful for my doctor. Elizabeth Smith, who kindly made sure I got my mammogram. It was found that I have cancer, that thanks to my doctors little push, was found early. Treatment is going ok.

  4. I have a "happy memories" journal where I scrapbook important events (birthdays, holidays, graduation, etc.) or just happy days (library run, Starbucks rewards, etc.) It's great to look back and relive those days :)

  5. I have a new granddaughter and am spending time traveling back and forth to see her. I have so much to be grateful for. I would love to journal more about my time with her. Would be a fun keepsake.

  7. I've always wanted too. I even bought one of your travelers notebooks to do it in but haven't done it until this year. I have so much to be grateful for and sometimes I need a little reminder.😉

  11. Have kept a gratitude list, off and on, for years. It does make a difference in how I view life. Sometimes the gratitudes are experiential, sometimes relational, sometimes tools that make life easier. Thanks for this give away opportunity.

  13. I haven't ever had a gratitude journal, but I always write about something I am grateful for on our dry erase board in the kitchen. I love to encourage my two little girls to look for the good in life, and be grateful for it.

  14. I’ve done a gratitude journal for a couple of years. Burn haven’t been able to get myself going yet this year. Maybe this would give me the kick I need to get going.

  15. Haven't had a gratitude journal yet but with all the natural disasters, losses, and strife of the past year, I think it would be a great start to 2018 by reminding myself of all the good things in life.
