Hi, I'm Monika and I'm one of the sponsor's of the March 2015 class. This will be my 9th class and I've made special journals for each of the classes I've taken. You can find them here and this is the newest journal and also the one I'll be using for the March class.
THE COVER
Even though this journal comes to you semi-embellished, I added a few more bits and baubles to it to personalize it even more, even thought it's pretty cute just the way it comes to you!
I glued a paper doily behind the washi tape embellished card and added a #30lists die cut to the metal-rimmed tag that comes with the journal. I also tucked a journaling card inside the folded kraft bag and added a tab to the top. This is the spot where I usually journal a bit about where I am in my life and what I'm doing.
We're all sharing lists from the March 2011 class, it's free and can be found here.
Today I Saw
We see so many things in a day and I don't know that I've ever really stopped to make a list of the things I do see. It's given me food for thought and I think that I'd like to one day take this a step further and document the many things I actually do see in a day. Until then, I'll just share this one.
I used ancient chipboard letters attached to the back side of an envelope that serves as a page in my journal. And the date card was added to my already bound mini album using this tutorial.
