is it fall or autumn? | and a giveaway

Our Fall Break begins today at 11:00 and I do believe we're going to start it off with an after-school treat at the local coffee shop that also stocks homebaked goodies! I'm sure Isabella and Victoria wil want to head to the park for a little play time, too. And then they'll see the Farmer's Market that has all the pumpkins and Fall decorations out and they'll try to convince me we need more pumpkins. Then hunger will surely set in and we'll have get home to make some lunch. Whew, I'm tired already.

When Gordon gets home from work, we'll throw our bags in the Tahoe and begin our trek to Virginia to pick up our new kitten. And I'll have this with me in the car...


...with some photos I've printed out, hoping to get a little on-the-road scrapping time in. That is if looking down doesn't make me pukey. Yes, I'm one of those that gets carsick. So, scrapping may have to wait until we get to the hotel, but at least I'll have my camera and iPhone so that Gordon can roll his eyes as I snap a pic and Instagram it.     Normally it's autumn to me but when I do it in a title I use fall - just looks nicer! This is actually the first time I've realised this myself. I'm keeping my eye on your Instagram for pic's of kitty cat. So jealous.

    My favorite mini is "365 Things I Am Grateful For 2013 Gratitude Journal".
    I got in love with it last year when you published the 2012 version and I am looking forward to do something like this in 2013....

    In Italy, Rome where I live we only have one word for this season:

    Autunno

    so that's what I use in my everyday life (but not on my Layouts which usually are in English ) !

    On another topic, how can you scrapbook in a car?
    Apart getting carsick, I mean...
    Once I tried it and I had punches and paper pieces rolling everywhere !
    Maybe is due to my husband "Italian Way" of driving a car, but I decided not to repeat the experience... how do you organize yourself in the car ?
    I assume you need a solid base on your legs? Why you do not snap a pic and Instagram it.... It would be fun!.

    When I'm writing about the season I often refer to it as autumn because I think it looks prettier when it's written out. When speaking about it I call it fall.

    I always say FALL---I'm not really sure what they say where I live [North Port, FL] (most everyone/snowbirds move down here for the Winter months (actually from Oct- March/April)....so we all say something different:) THANKS for the chance to win:) sbmmhoover at yahoo dot com
