the twinery + clearsnap | product showcase

So glad to have you along today as The Twinery design team shares projects, layouts and inspiration with you for this product showcase with Clearsnap.

Because I just happen to have a rather large supply of manila shipping tags AND kraft bags, I decided to see how I could make those rather utilitarian scrappy supplies into fun and flirty scrappy supplies. Not too hard to accomplish, as you'll see, when using coordinating shades of ColorBox inks and The Twinery baker's twine.

For the shipping tags, I used Shabby Pink from the Classic Pigment Cat's Eyes and pounced it onto the tag with the stylus and white foam tip. At that point, I used my watermark ink to stamp the sentiment and butterflies from the A Happy Hello mini stamps set from Clearsnap. Blossom baker's twine is the natural choice.

Using kraft cardstock for my card base, I added yet another butterfly embellished shipping tag, but this time added some Cappuccino twine along with the Blossom and stamped the sentiment along the side of the tag rather than on the tag itself.

Plum Berry is the ink color which coordinates so very well with one of our newest colors of twine, Orchid. First I pounced more of the Shabby Pink onto the tag as well as the area behind where I stamped the "A Happy Hello" sentiment. Doing that step really set off the lilac ink so well.

Result...fun and flirty gift bags and tags! These turned out so well, I do believe the girls and I are going to make more together on our Summer vacation.

Bet you're ready to start crafting, right? And who doesn't want their very own twine? This Colorful Bunch Sampler Pack {$20 value} could be all yours. To enter, just leave a comment on each team member's blog. Be sure to visit with Clearsnap...they have a giveaway as well!
