That precious bit of 4-month old cuteness is our little Victoria featured in a layout from way back when. When I first began scrapbooking and didn't know a gosh darn thing about anything. NOT that I am an authority now. Not at all. I felt pretty smart to think of a way to use an extra letter "U" and to journal {even though I didn't know that's what it was called} with a boatload of stickers. And to top if off, I colored my raw chipboard with an ink pad. Oh, my how clever was I? Obviously I didn't have any brads to insert into the metal thingamajigs {still don't know what those are called} and even if I did, I didn't have a paper piercer to punch the hole for it anyway.
You've come a long way since then, baby. Okay, so it's only been 3 or 4 years. But, my oh my, do I still have so much to learn.
Note: This post has been brought to you by the awesome MacBook Air my Sweetie brought home Thursday evening. I think I'm going to like this a whole lot better than the iPad2 I had. Yep, a whole lot! So, geeks that we are, Gordon and I are sitting together in the living room, each on our Mac laptops, surfing and talking and having a good old time. No worries, I still love my 24" iMac...but it IS nice to be "working" and having a conversation with Gordon in the same room at the same time.
What a sweet page!
ReplyDeleteGeeks here as well ;-)
